Sexual sin hurts more than just the sinner...
The sexual betrayal of a loved one is almost more than one can bear, especially when they have vowed before God to love you, cherish you, and honor you. You are not alone and do not have to go through this by yourself. We can bear one another's burdens. (Gal 6:2) But most of all, we can give our burden to Jesus Christ and HE will sustain us! (Psalm 55:22)
If you are here and you are broken hearted, take courage! God wants to mend you.
(Psalm 34:18, 147:3; Isaiah 61:1)
Partners for Purity is a community of love and fellowship in Christ that has joined together to encourage women hurt by the sexual sin of another and to offer hope by pointing to the One who can deliver them in the midst of the storm. (Isaiah 25:4)
You do not have to suffer in silence. There is hope and healing in Jesus Christ!
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. (2 Cor. 1:3-4)

|  Partner's for Purity was first established in the summer of 2006 with the idea that we would be a site that offered Christ centered support and encouragement to anyone who was effected by the sexual sin of another. I don't think any of us realized at the time that 99.9% of our membership requests would come from just women nor that our community would grow so rapidly.
Recently we have decided that Partner's For Purity should be a "women's environment" only. This decision comes from much thought and prayer about how to interact with brothers about such a delicate issue. We came to the conclusion that for the well being of the community and the privacy and sensitive nature of the subject we most often discuss that P4P could not handle the responsiblilty of ministering to men seeing that most of our staff and all of our members are women. However, we want to recommend several places that they can find love, encouragement, and support from their brothers in a more open type of forum setting. Those places would be:

| Partners for Purity Launched! |
| We are very excited to announce the official launch of Partners for Purity.
This new ministry is devoted to creating a safe and loving online community where those who have been wounded by the sexual sin of another can come together and support one another. We believe this is best done by pointing the hurting and broken-hearted to the Great Physician, Jesus Christ. He has promised to "...heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound." (Isaiah 61:1)
God the Father did not waste a single ounce of Jesus' suffering. It is our belief that He will not waste an ounce of our suffering either. If we let Him, the Lord will heal us and then use us to extend that healing to others. In doing so, He brings the principle of 2 Cor. 1:3-4 to life.
Please join us in thanking FromHisRib and Brlwliveoutloud for agreeing to lead this community. Without them, this ministry would not exist. Chris (dewde) and I are only here to help with the technical details.
It is our sincere hope and prayer that the Lord will use this community to facilitate healing and restoration in the hearts of many.
